On Wednesday, June 11th, 2008, the Slovenian Company VMA from Ljubljana and Serbian TIGAR Corporation from Pirot signed the Contract on business-technical co-operation. Namely, by signing the subject Contract TIGAR Corporation extended its trust in the Company VMA as it purchased EIS-BSC-CONSOLIDATION.

TIGAR Corporation is a business-investment-development system that emerged in the world of tires and products made of rubber, but which is strategically committed in the direction of wide programme base developing strategic partnerships and alliances with industrial leaders.

TIGAR Corporation increases continuously its presence on the world markets with products and services of recognisable brand that are accompanied by quality, reliability and competitiveness and thanks to EIS-BSC-CONSOLIDATION decision making support solutions TIGAR Corporation will progress even more towards findings the ways to realise values that will satisfy the needs of its clients, employees and shareholders through processes of costs optimisation, effectiveness enhancing, creativity and quality developing.

EIS-BSC-CONSOLIDATION decision making support solutions will be implemented primarily within Holding and companies Tigar obuca (Tigar Shoes), Tigar hemijski proizvodi (Tigar Chemical Products), Tigar trgovina (Tigar Trade) and Tigar tehnicka guma (Tigar Technical Rubber).

The entire Project will be completed until the end of 2008.
